Payments are sent as soon as initiated, so your payment isn’t showing as pending until your recipient accepts it.

As soon as they hit “Accept” on their screen, you’ll be notified of the payment receipt and can see your pending Cash App payment has been accepted.

This typically only happens with payments sent from other users; payments from other sources, such as the initial welcome bonus and other referral credits, are loaded immediately into your account.

After accepting an incoming payment on Cash App for the first time, future direct deposits are automatically sent to your bank without having to accept them first.

The payment will appear in your Cash App activity feed once it has been submitted to Cash App for processing.

Remember, processing times vary based on the direct deposit method used.

Depending on the time of day that you receive a Cash Out or BTC transfer, it may take up to four business days for the transaction to be processed by Cash App and show up in your bank account.
